about

kimono's debut album was originally released on the Sugarcubes' record label "Bad Taste" in Iceland. It is a very laid-back record considering what the band would later become, but it contains the nucleus of all that noise. The album is produced by Curver, also known as half of Ghostigital, who saw the project as a sort of Martin Hannett thing at the time. They ended up making two records while doing mineur-aggressif actually and later released part two as "curver + kimono: all music recorded".
